Positions :
 
 
Position:  Marketing Manager
 
Reports To:  Head Sales and Marketing
 
 
Position Responsibilities
 
Develops  firm’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs, and corporate communications.  Facilitate client development through marketing and client services programs.
 
 
Responsibilities include:
 
1. Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm.  Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans.
   
2. Plan and administer the firm’s Marketing Operations budget; support development of regional marketing budgets.
   
3. Organize and implement client relations including:
 
  • Client satisfaction surveys
  • Client development activities
  • To hold product awareness programs for the Clients and Specifiers
  • Special events
  • Tender Tracking.
   
4. Oversee business development activities including:
 
  • Assisting  Head Sales in strategic planning for client presentations etc.,
  • Offer coaching for prospective client meetings, presentations, etc.
  • Work with regional Sales offices on designing and implementing prospecting and client contact systems.
  • Developing Project leads and passing on to Sales Team.
  • Managing Marketing Team
  • Getting our products specified in the Government and Private Tenders.
   
5. Oversee corporate communications activities including:
 
  • External communications and systems
  • Internal communications and systems
  • Public relations efforts
  • External vendors and consultants
   
6. Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information etc.,
   
7. Oversee firm’s e-marketing efforts including supervision of Web site design and maintenance.
 
 
Requisites:
 
Education: B.Tech with MBA in Marketing
   
Experience: Must have worked at least five years  in professional services environment.  Strong leadership and consensus building skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program.
   
Required Skills: Must be a self-starter, highly organized, Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.. should be a team player.
   
 
Position:  Executive-Sales
 
Reports To:  AGM/Sr. Manager/Manager
 
 
Position Responsibilities
 
Job Objective:
The position will responsible for sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Develops and implements agreed upon Sales Plan which will meet business goals and in expanding the customer base.
 
 
Responsibilities include:
 
1. Lead generation
   
2. Detailed technical presentations and discussions with the customers, submission of proposals/quotations
   
3. Achievement of Sales targets set for the territory.
   
4. Follow project progress from start to finish in co-ordination with Order Management Department.
   
5. Relationship development with Architects, Consulting Engineers, PMCs and Customers.
   
6. Identification of new business opportunities to enhance sales and also to enhance market base in the assigned territory.
   
7. Motivate and train the team members to enhance their capabilities in job execution.
   
8. Reports on Sales forecasting.
 
 
Requisites:
 
Education: B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
   
Experience: Must have worked at least five years in professional services environment in PEB or in industries dealing with construction products.
   
Required Skills: Must be a self-starter, highly organized, polished presentation and interpersonal skills. Should be a team player.  A go getter with strong analytical and negotiating skills
   
 
Position:  Head – Quality,
 
Reports To:  GM Operations
 
Location:
 
Sadasivpet, 50KM from Hyderabad (transportation available to the plant from Hyderabad)
 
 
Qualifications:
 
Graduation in Mechanical / Metallurgical  engineering
 
 
Experience:
 
1. Around 10 yrs of experience in quality department of roll forming / PEB industry/ Fabrication.
   
2. Quality assurance process control functions / Quality systems
   
3. ISO  implementation exposure
   
4. Welding / NDE inspections
 
 
Key Functional Responsibilities:
 
1. Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive inspection procedure covering raw material, work in progress, finished production and buyouts.
   
2. Managing the services of independent laboratories or inspection services as required.
   
3. Keeping conversant with codes of practice relevant to the manufactured product of the industry.
   
4. Coordinating with Engineering, Marketing, Purchase and shipping on quality aspects.
Drive all inspection activities.
   
5. Ensure all activities as per laid-out quality and safety norms.
   
6. To address Customer grievances.
   
7. ISO implementation. Will represent the organization as MR for quality certifications.
